Guardian Jobsworth's Conference

Courtesy of Prodicus and his post on the 'Jobsworths Love-In', on looking at the Guardian site I notice the

following:

We are organising sessions on learning and leadership, personalisation and public participation, as well as the potential of a skeletal state. 

It sure will soon be a 'skeletal state' by the time the bureaucrats have bled us dry and taken all the flesh off our bones! (Public Sector Pensions?)
