It seems the European Union (aka The Fraud Squad*) has a shortage of oil and gas so they want ours! As an initial aside, it is a great pity that scientists have not developed (to my knowledge) a heating system powered by hot air - by heavens have the EU got a lot of that!

Anyway, back to being serious. The Slimy One - Jose Manuel Barroso - talks about “mutualisation of energy stocks”, which translates as "What is yours is the EUs". Once the Lisbon Treaty is ratified by all 27 member states, he can just 'take it over'. So, as EUReferendum points out in his article "Bluff and Double Bluff", if one has to freeze then we all freeze.

EUReferendum's article is worth reading too as it highlights other dangers, such as our energy production 'shortage problem' that is on the horizon, courtesy of our present bunch of incompetents - ie the government.
