The Big Society

Paraphrasing a tweet from one of the Americans I follow:

The Big Society is a device whereby public officials, controlling the purse-strings, will induce non-public individuals to act how the public officials desire.

All we need now is a Little Blue Book containing the thoughts of Chairman Dave.
